Dear Friends and Family,

Katie and Kevin's little warrior, baby Theo, was born at just 26 weeks. He is a fighter and is now four months old! While he is growing, Theo has been having some challenging days. He has been transferred from the NICU at Timpanogos Regional to Primary Children's in Salt Lake.

Theo has had some breathing challenges and was given a tracheostomy last week to help him. This means he still has a long road ahead at Primary Children's before he will get to go home. Once he is home, he will have his trach for 3-5 years. This means Katie and Kevin will have additional costs to adapt their home to Theo's care, additional appointments, etc.

This big step brings additional stress for Katie and Kevin. They will be spending more time driving and away from home to be with Theo. In addition, once he is home he will need continued care.
