On October 25, 2025, Simon Eugene was born to his adoring parents, Ashley and Kevin Jacque, and their two other children. Simon was unexpectedly born with Apert Syndrome. Apert Syndrome is caused by a random genetic mutation that results in craniofacial deformities, short, webbed fingers and toes, and a host of other potential issues. Sweet little Simon faces numerous surgeries through his first decade of life. Simon is already proving to be a fighter and is doing even better than expected.
