Support Baby Sebastian Hypoplastic left heart syndromJourney

Hello, I am Karen, a family friend. We are trying to raise funds for 2-month-old Sebastian who was born 5/30/24 he was born with hypo plastic heart syndrome really sick lungs and sick kidneys he is the son of yuri who is a single mother with 7 other children.

So far, he's had a catheterization procedure done through his arteries 4 hours after he was born. They had to burn 4 times to open a hole in his heart for blood flow and place a stent. He was transferred to CHLA for open heart surgery! They did the open heart operation at 1 week old to place a stent for his heart. At 2 weeks old, they did another catheterization procedure to place 2 stents on his lungs to help blood flow. Unfortunately, during the procedure, the right lung started to bleed and the left lung collapsed. He was placed on an ECMO machine for 3 weeks due to the bleeding he had during his procedure. He had Bronchocopy to help his lungs So babies born with defects require 3 types of open heart surgery. The first one is when they are 1 week old, the other one is done at 5 months old, and the last one at 5 years old!

His mother has a hard time visiting him due to him being transferred to LA's Children's Hospital, which is a 2-hour drive back and forth. Finding a babysitter during visiting hours is very hard on her due to her seven kids. Funds are going to be used for the expenses for the baby sitter and to fixed the car so the mom could go see the baby more often since he has a long journey still in the hospital! Doctors had mention to prepare even for the worse due to baby having heart problems kidneys and lungs ! Even one dollar would help his family, please keep baby Sebastian in your prayers.
