Hello everyone,

My name is Monica and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart and a hopeful spirit. My sweet newborn baby, Sebastian was recently diagnosed with serious heart issues. As you can imagine, this has turned our world upside down.

We spend countless hours in and out of doctor visits, tests, and hospital stays, and the medical bills are quickly piling up. On top of that, as a single mother, I’m trying my best to keep up with rent, utilities, and basic needs while caring for my fragile little one.

I never imagined myself in this position, but right now, I need help. Every dollar raised will go directly toward:

• Covering Sebastian’s medical expenses and treatments

• Rent and essential bills, so we can have a safe home to come back to after hospital visits

• Baby supplies and necessities for his care
