I started this GoFundMe account to help support my niece's medical needs.

Our precious baby girl, Ronaira Inigo Elaco, was born on November 2, 2025, at only 2 weeks and 4 days old. What was supposed to be a joyful moment quickly turned into an emotional and heartbreaking battle for her life.

Her mother, Shaira Elaco underwent an emergency C-section due to sudden fetal distress. All prenatal scans including the anomaly scan were normal, so we never expected that our baby would be born with multiple congenital anomalies.

Today, Baby Ronaira is admitted at Latifa Hospital in Dubai UAE , fighting bravely every second. She has been diagnosed with:

ASD (Atrial Septal Defect)

VSD (Ventricular Septal Defect)

PDA (Patent Ductus Arteriosus)

Pulmonary Hypertension

Congenital Airway Obstruction

Her tiny heart and airway are working so hard just to keep her alive. She is currently receiving specialized care, and the cost of her treatments, medications, and ongoing monitoring is overwhelming for her parents.
