Help Support Baby Rinnly’s Heart Surgery & Her Family’s Stay in Madison

Hi, my name is Danielle and I’m creating this GoFundMe on behalf of my brother Terrell and his girlfriend Cambrie whose beautiful baby girl, Rinnly Rosemarie, is facing open heart surgery at just a few days old.

Rinnly was born on May 9th, weighing only 5 pounds, and 3 weeks earlier than expected due to complications in late pregnancy. At 36 weeks, doctors diagnosed her with IUGR (Intrauterine Growth Restriction), meaning she wasn’t growing as she should in the womb. A week later, complications with the umbilical cord’s blood flow forced an emergency delivery.

She was barely here when more complications unfolded.

After birth, doctors discovered that Rinnly had Congenital Heart Disease, a dangerous narrowing of the aorta that’s affecting how her heart pumps blood to critical parts of her body, including her liver, kidneys, and legs. Her heart’s oxygen was at 100%, but her lower body was only receiving 70%. Within days, Rinnly was airlifted by helicopter to UW Health in Madison, where she is now receiving treatment and undergoing extensive testing to prepare for open heart surgery late next week.

And my brother? He hadn’t even held her yet.

He was working 26 hours away in Portland, Oregon when it all happened. He travels for work But when Rinnly came early, he dropped everything to get home. In the chaos, he lost his ID and had to wait for a replacement just to travel. By the time he made it back, his newborn daughter had already been flown to Madison.

Terrell and Cambrie will be staying near her in Madison at the Ronald McDonald House, unable to work while they focus on their new baby.
They also have one other daughter at home, and once Rinnly is healthy enough to come home, Cambrie will stay home with both girls while Terrell plans to return to work around July 1st , but that all depends on how stable Rinnly is and whether she’s ready to come home. It’s nerve racking that without financial help, he may have to turn down the promotion opportunity he earned, and that’s just another heartbreak on top of everything else.

Cambrie will remain home with their two daughters, and my brother is hoping to return to work by July 1st, but that all depends on how stable Rinnly is and whether she’s ready to come home. It’s nerve racking that without financial help, he may have to turn down the promotion opportunity he earned, and that’s just another heartbreak on top of everything else.

Your donations will help cover:

Rent, utilities, and household bills at home
Post-surgery care and baby needs
Lost income during this critical time
Protecting a future job opportunity that could change their lives

They didn’t ask for help. That’s why I am. Because if this were your baby, your family, your world, you’d hope people would show up too.

Even if you can’t donate, please share this. Every little bit helps. Every prayer matters.

Thank you for supporting baby Rinnly’s heart
