Help Support Baby Quinlynn Through Her Medical Journey

Baby Quinlynn Jadi Heisler, a little over a year old, has spent much of her life in hospitals due to an unknown genetic disorder that affects multiple systems in her body. This condition causes seizures, dystonia, tachycardia, GI complications, feeding difficulties, and developmental delays. Because of these challenges, Quinlynn requires constant medical care and frequent hospital visits.

Since birth, she has undergone multiple hospitalizations including several ICU stays, treatment for severe dystonic episodes, seizure monitoring, oxygen support and respiratory care, NG feeding tube placement and recently a permanent G-tube.

Her current hospital stint began in early October and she is still inpatient while her medical team works to stabilize her symptoms and adjust her treatment plan. Due to the complexity of her condition there are upcoming referrals planned in the Twin Cities and possibly out-of-state specialists.

Why We’re Asking for Help

Her mother, Makayla, has remained by her side full-time and is unable to work due to Quinlynn’s medical needs. Funds will go toward:

•Travel expenses for appointments and hospital stays

•Food and essentials during long admissions

•Medical-related expenses not covered by insurance

•Phone and essential bills while she is away from work

•Future travel for specialists and genetic evaluation
