After little 11-month-old Philomena was sick for a month and kept getting worse, her parents heard that dreaded word:
”Leukemia." Philomena, a beautiful precious happy little girl was diagnosed with cancer. Her two faith filled parents, Devonn & Christy Pafume have been at her side the whole time. Sadly, due to the covid restrictions only Christy can stay the night and Devonn has to travel back and forth from the hospital to his in-laws' house. He can only visit between 8am and 8pm.
The prognosis for little Philomena is still unknown. She started chemo treatment and by the end of the month we will see how she is responding. A once energetic happy and silly little girl is now exhausted, fussy, and uncomfortable.
As you can probably imagine the parents are emotionally exhausted. They are Mother Mary at the cross while they watch their baby girl suffer the trials of cancer. They are also hurting financially due to needing to work super part-time, traveling, food expenses, hospital bills, etc.
Above all the family needs prayer, but also please prayerfully consider donating to further support them on this scary journey.
Any amount is appreciated.
