On May 4, 2026, our sweet baby, Leo made his early arrival into the world—one month ahead of schedule—via C-section. Due to complications during pregnancy, he was not able to grow as expected in the womb, resulting in growth restriction and a low birth weight of 4lbs. Shortly after birth, he was flown to Omaha for specialized care.

Because of his early arrival, Leo now needs additional support and is expected to spend an extended time in the NICU. We are incredibly grateful for the dedicated medical team caring for him, but this journey has brought emotional and financial challenges we were not prepared for.
