My grandson Kevin was born on August 29th. He was transferred twice to higher-level care hospitals. He now needs a biopsy and probably surgery to repair a digestive issue. He may need to have a temporary colostomy and future surgery to reverse it. My daughter Leslie is staying with him at the hospital almost 100 miles from her home. Her husband is home with their three other children. While they have insurance to cover the hospital bills and she has been given a room at the Ronald McDonald House, the bills at home and the uncertainty of the next few months (or years) dealing with Baby Kevin's medical issues are causing her extreme anxiety and stress.
