With many requests to do such , I am opening this Go Fund Me for all of my beautiful friends who want to contribute something to my family during this time . My sweet nephew and godson John Robert III , was born with TriCuspid Atresia , after undergoing 2 catheter heart procedures on his 2nd and 4th Day on this earth , we are headed back to CHOP Philadelphia where John Robert’s amazing care team is preparing to perform open heart surgery on our precious angel boy. His care team are true angels among us , and we are so fortunate to receive this care at CHOP . As one can imagine , relocation , meals , and the Costs that just have to be paid are high .
