Help Support Baby Isaiah……..

I’m sharing this for my dear friends, Madison and Charles Moss, and their sweet son, Isaiah.

At just 2 years old, Isaiah has already faced more medical challenges than most do in a lifetime. He was born weighing only 4 lbs 1 oz and was soon hospitalized with Failure to Thrive, requiring a feeding tube to survive.

He was later diagnosed with an ultra-rare chromosome deletion called 1q25–1q32 deletion, which affects his growth, development, and cognitive abilities. He now receives multiple therapies each week and still relies on a G-tube for daily nutrition.

Isaiah also has a serious heart condition called Bicuspid Aortic Valve, and doctors are now preparing the family for open-heart surgery in the coming months. This will not be his only surgery—he will likely need multiple heart surgeries as he grows.

Madison stays home full-time to care for him, while Charles works long hours as an officer with the Phoenix Police Department to support their family.

Between hospital stays, therapies, specialists, and upcoming surgeries, the financial burden is overwhelming.
