Support Baby Isaac Bakker's recovery from Open Heart Surgery

Jordan and Brooke Bakker's son, Isaac Edward Bakker, was born on April 24th. With just a short time on Earth, Isaac has encountered some big issues with his heart and the rest of his little body. Isaac was born with multiple congenital heart defects and had to have open heart surgery on Friday May 3rd to repair his heart. He kept us holding our breath for quite some time but he is a little trooper and continues to show us how strong he is. He has a long road ahead of him. Any prayers to send Isaac and his family's way is greatly appreciated. Brooke (mom) and Jordan (dad) have not left Isaac's side. Macy (big sister) loves her visits with her baby brother whenever she can get them.
