Support Baby Forrest's Medical Journey

Baby Forrest was born with Septo-optic dysplasia. With that diagnosis, he was born blind.

He has hormone deficiency’s and is missing the midline of his brain that separates both sides of the brain. One of his hormone deficiency's is a growth deficiency. He has to get one shot every single day. He also takes oral medication three times a day. The other one is an adrenal deficiency.

He sees several specialists such as endocrinologist, neurologists, and ophthalmologists.

Family will drive Forrest to Cincinnati Children’s for these visits and insurance is not covering all appointments and medicines to keep Forrest healthy.

All proceeds will go directly to Amber and Forrest for gas expenses, bills, and everything insurance won’t cover.

This diagnosis is for life.

He will be starting therapies soon.

Amber is one of the most independent and hardworking people we know. She is an incredible mother and so selfless.

She never asks for help and always finds a way to get things done on her own. But in this situation, it’s out of her control.
