Our baby boy Finch was delivered at just 22 weeks and 2 days due to unexpected complications, arriving about four and a half months early. Born on October 14th, 2025, Finch weighed only 445g and measured 26cm long, but from the very first moment, he came out fighting and hasn’t stopped since. Every day in the NICU, he continues to defy the odds, showing us what true strength and resilience look like.

While Finch’s progress fills us with hope, the journey ahead is still long and uncertain. The medical bills are mounting, and the costs of traveling six hours each week to be with him—gas, food, and time away from work—are adding up quickly. It’s exhausting and overwhelming, but every moment we get to spend with Finch makes it all worth it.
