On August 7, my dear friends Shawna and Johnny's world changed forever.

Baby Dylan Elizabeth Dithommaso was born weighing only 1 pound, 9 ounces- so small she fits in the palm of their hand. She’s now fighting in the Kaiser NICU, San Diego hooked up to machines, surrounded by love, and showing incredible strength.
