Hi, my name is Lynn McNitt and creating a GoFundMe is something I never thought I would be doing. My son, Andy and daughter-in-love Taylor's little baby, Cillian has had some serious medical issues these past 2 weeks. And even though they have health insurance, we all know that it never, ever covers all the bills and the expenses that go along with it.

Little Cillian wasn't feeling well, so Andy and Taylor took him to the Doctor who then referred them to the ER. Well, that ended up being a helicopter ride to Children's Hospital in Denver. After a few days in PICU it looked like a UTI and kidney infection with secondary acidosis. They got to go home after 5 days at Children's Hospital.

After 2 days at home, Cillian had a possible seizure in the middle of the night that lasted about 2 minutes and they called 911 and went via ambulance to Poudre Valley Hospital in nearby Fort Collins. This was followed by another ambulance ride back to Children's Hospital. Cillian had a second episode at the hospital. They did several more tests including a lumbar puncture....this kid has had more tests and pokes and prods that most adults, much less a 2 1/2 month old baby!! All these test ruled out meningitis, bacterial infections, his brain looks "normal", but they still don't have a clear answer.

The Docs think they have it narrowed down, but we are now doing the wait and see if Cillian has another episode.

Andy, Taylor and Cillian are back home again with a follow-up in a few days. They are grateful their little man is still a happy little camper despite all he's been through in the last couple weeks.
