Our sweet nephew Carson entered this world on June 17. He didn't have an easy introduction into this world, and my sister had an extremely rough pregnancy/delivery. Carson's head was wedged behind Casey's pelvic bone, and he had to be forcefully pulled from her during the C-section. He is bruised on most of his body and is having a very difficult time breathing on his own. He is currently on a CPAP machine that is helping him breathe. He was airlifted to a children's hospital an hour away from their house to receive the care he so desperately needs. Casey and Curtiss are meeting with the Ronald McDonald House this morning to see about getting a room, but there are no guarantees. They cannot afford to stay in a hotel the whole time, and the gas costs alone will be astronomical.

She wouldn't ask for help, so that is where we come in. If you guys feel led and have the ability to give even the smallest amount, I know it would mean so much to them.

We don't understand why things happened the way they did, but we do know that with faith, family, and prayers, Baby Carson will be just fine.
