My name is Maria Nuñez. My granddaughter, Camila, was recently diagnosed with high-grade B-cell lymphoma, an aggressive form of cancer. At only 14 months old, she is now undergoing chemotherapy and taking steroids as part of her treatment, which may continue for up to six months.

Her mother, my daughter Samantha, has had to take a leave of absence from work to care for Camila full-time. Unfortunately, this means she will not receive a paycheck during this period.
