Support Baby Boy Good’s CDH Journey

Hi, my name is Joanna Kemp, and I am starting this on behalf of very close friends of ours Ken and Rosetta Good. They are 37 weeks pregnant with a little boy! During the pregnancy, they discovered on an ultrasound that he has CDH (congenital diaphragmatic hernia), which is a rare birth defect that occurs when the diaphragm doesn’t form completely, allowing the abdominal organs to move into the chest cavity. Then the lungs have no room to grow or develop, which makes it difficult for a baby to breathe on their own, etc. Their fetal care was transferred to a large children’s hospital that has a team of specialists that help with CDH, but the hospital bills are already piling up! Any little bit will help as he will need multiple surgeries after he is born so that his lungs can grow and develop. Thank you for your prayers and donations. Everything is greatly appreciated!
