"The Little Warrior - Baby Beatrice"
SUPPORT FOR BEATRICE
- Beatrice Lee Sweet was born on

- May 7th, 2025, via emergency C-section. At that time, she was 23 weeks and 4 days gestation. Initially. the Drs were concerned that she would not survive through the night. By the amazing grace of God, she did, and she continues to show improvement every day. She was born weighing 1 pound, 8 ounces. She has lost some weight and is currently at 1 pound. The little warrior has been feisty and resilient and the first thing we are asking for is all the prayers we can get for her and the family.
She has a big brother, Henry, who will be 4 in August and her parents, Sam and Catherine, who have been by her side almost every minute. They will need support from family and friends to sustain both emotionally and financially during this time. Beatrice will have to be in the NIC unit for at least 12 more weeks to ensure the best possible outcome for her long life ahead. As of now she is not showing any signs of complications or long-term care, and we are praying diligently that our little warrior continues this path. Whatever the outcome is we will deal with it because we have God on our side, and he is so great.
If there is any way you could help the family by donating, they will be so eternally grateful and will pay it forward at some point in their lives. All donations will go directly to the family for this journey. And PRAYERS are always welcome because they do work!
Sincerely,
Beatrice "The Little Warrior"
and
Beatrices family
UPDATE - Our little is back up to 1 pound and 8 ounces. Her eyes are fully open and she likes to suck on her fingers. She will be in the hospital until late August and she is still on antibiotics for the fungal infection. She has been through a lot in 3 weeks. She sure is tough. Please keep the prayers coming and if you’re able to donate to this fundraiser it would be wonderful. And greatly appreciated. She is the sweetest little girl and we will keep everyone updated. Thank you so much
