Meet August Galaviz — a brave little fighter who just turned 7 months old.

Born with a rare and serious condition called Tracheoesophageal Fistula (TEF), Auggie has already undergone multiple surgeries in his short life. His journey has been filled with hospital stays, medical procedures, and daily care needs that most of us can't imagine.

Auggie's mom, Megan, lost her contract work due to executive orders affecting federal grant programs. She’s doing her best to piece together enough work to make the family whole again, but it’s been incredibly difficult while also caring for Auggie full-time and managing his complex medical needs. As a result, their family is facing a growing financial burden — from mounting medical bills to everyday living expenses.
