Baby Atlas was born 9/10/24. He was born 4 1/2 weeks premature and without a heartbeat. Eventually he was resuscitated after 10 minutes but due to the lack of oxygen to his vital organs he was diagnosed with Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy (HIE). He was immediately admitted into the NICU and it is unknown how long he will remain. Atlas has already made his family proud and his will to live is unwavering. The extent of the damage that has occurred due to this traumatic event is unknown and doctors continue to care for him day and night. This fundraiser was created to help support Atlas and his family with medical expenses and care. As Atlas’s name implies he holds the world in his little hands.
