Friday July 18th Kaycie and Agustin took Agustin Jr too the ER here in Henderson with a severely bloated belly. Henderson immediately knew something was wrong and the flew Agustin and Agustin jr in the helicopter too DFW Children’s Cook Hospital were he’s been at ever since. Since being here the doctors and staff have diagnosed him with Heptablastoma a rare form of liver cancer in children. He’ll be on a 6 month aggressive chemo treatment. Both of his parents work for Henderson ISD and his mom will be staying with him for least 10 weeks in DFW while they watch Agustin closely for any signs of infection and that he’s handling chemo well. Agustin will be traveling back and fourth too Henderson too continue working and taking care of there other 2 kids Haven and Elijah. In the next 6 months they will be traveling too Children’s cooks multiple times a month for chemo and small infusions. Any donations will help them with any expenses they have in the next several months.
