Help Baby Aaron Fight His Rare and Unexplained Epilepsy

Hi, my name is Paula, and I’m reaching out for help for my 3-month-old nephew in the Philippines, who has been bravely fighting for his life since the day he was born.

At just 24 hours old, Baby Aaron began having seizures — and despite multiple medications and hospitalizations, they have never stopped. He has been in and out of the hospital since birth, and is currently confined again for over two weeks, experiencing seizures every single day.

Several doctors have been consulted, but none have been able to provide a clear diagnosis yet. Genetic testing was done to look for possible underlying causes, but the results won’t be available for another four weeks. In the meantime, his condition remains critical.

Recently, his doctors advised that he be transferred to the ICU for an induced coma and intubation to help stabilize him and give his tiny body a chance to rest. However, ICU expenses in the Philippines are extremely costly, and his parents are struggling to keep up with the growing medical bills.
