My baby girl Azlyn was diagnosed with Crohn's disease. Paying for all my meals and needs while at the Children's Hospital will make it difficult to get our rent and bills paid this month, since my only income is my small disability payment. We will be here for a little while still. Then, we will need to go back and forth to the Children's Hospital every couple of weeks. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Any help to get me a vehicle to get her to her doctor's appointments going forward for her medication would be amazing. I am so grateful to all who could help! ❤️
