Support Axel's Fight for Safety

Peace,

My name is Axel Khalifa. I am writing this letter to formally and urgently request financial support as I seek asylum and international protection while my life is in serious and immediate danger in the Philippines.

I was invited to the Philippines for professional promotional work. During my stay, I suffered from serious racist discrimination and attacks. I bravely shared my experience on social media to expose this injustice, and my video reached over 9.6 million views worldwide.

However, since this video went viral, I have been receiving multiple death threats, both online and in person. To make my situation worse, I have exhausted my funds paying for a flight which I was not allowed to board and the airline was not able to tell me clearly that there was an issue with a visa transfer. Prior to attempting to board my flight I spent money making sure to feed those in need in the Phillipines. This combination has caused me to be stranded in the country, while fearing for my life every day. So now I am trapped in a country where I face real and growing danger, with no possibility of safely returning to my home country.

I urgently request assistance with finances for emergency relocation, food, and lodging in a safe country where my right to life, dignity, and freedom can be protected. I am prepared to provide evidence such as messages, videos, and threats to support my case.
