Axanar Animal Rescue needs your help! We are in dire need of funds to keep our cat rescue going! We are a GA registered Animal Rescue and a federal 501(c)3.
What we need funds for:
1) We have 10 cats that an elderly couple need adopted out. That means they all need to be spayed/neutered (about $100 each with rabies shots), vaccinated ($10 each as we give vaccines ourselves), and chipped ($10 each for chips & insertion by vet). After we get this all done, they will all go to Petco for adoption.
2) We had a mother/daughter we rescued from euthanasia and unfortunately they were so neglected that Mom's teeth all had to be removed ($1,500) and her daughter needed 4 extractions (about $1,000).
3) We have 5 more kittens that will need everything as above, so about $600 for that!
Fortunately, we work with the Greater Good Rescue Foodbank and get practically free food and litter. We get enough to help all our fosters as well as three local community cat feeders/rescues.
