Avon Mattison is a very dear friend, and many years ago invited me to be co-founder of Pathways To Peace (pathwaystopeace.org).  She is close to my heart and has been physically challenged ever since her femur and knee had multiple fractures in 2018.  She continues to do her amazing work for Pathways To Peace, the U.N., intergenerational peace building, mentoring young people and lots more -- even though she has been a shut-in since the accident.  It is my prayer that she receive significant financial gifts between now and my upcoming birthday so that she is able to pay the nurse who has supported her all this time, plus significant current dental and doctor bills -- not to mention the increasing costs of daily living.  I'm starting this GoFundMe with a personal gift of $1,000 and invite you to contribute whatever you can to this bright angel who works tirelessly for a more peaceful planet.
