Hi everyone, my name is Rian and I’m creating this GoFundMe for my fiancée, Ava.

She is scheduled to have surgery on December 30th to remove a tumor on her thyroid. As we’ve gotten closer to the date, we’ve learned how expensive the surgery, recovery time, and follow-up care will be, and how much time she’ll have to take off work afterward.

This has been a very stressful time for us. Between the medical bills, treatment costs, and the loss of income during recovery, it’s more than most people would be able to handle.

I’m creating this fundraiser because I want her to be able to focus on healing and not stressing about money or how she’s going to keep up with bills while recovering from surgery.
