Support Ava's Mission for Children's Hospital

Help Ava Schiefferle celebrate her 4th BRAINiversary and 17th birthday by raising funds for THE NEUROSURGERY FLOOR at Nationwide Children's Hospital. On September 10, 2020, Ava had emergency brain surgery due to a mystery brain abscess. Following her brain surgery recovery, each year on her birthday, she holds a fundraiser to purchase toys, learning devices, hygiene products, blankets, books, and enrichment games and crafts for the patients on the neurosurgery floor at Nationwide Children's Hospital. These donated items helped Ava so much as a patient during the time that she spent recovering at Children's. To date, Ava has raised over $3,000 in items that she has delivered to the hospital.

This year she is hoping to reach out beyond her birthday party and raise more funds to secure items for additional floors at Children's.
