Our beloved Autumn who has Down Syndrome and Autism is turning 18 on January 4th 2025. Autumn is severely disabled and needs full time care and we are required to put a conservatorship in place in order to continue as her full time caregivers but we don’t have the funds to hire an attorney and file with the courts.
