Hi, my name is Inna. I’m originally from Ukraine, and my husband is from Venice, Italy. While traveling through Italy, we noticed something special. Even when we stopped at a gas station, the food tasted amazing — and more importantly, we felt great afterward. Not heavy, not tired, just good.

I asked my husband why, and he explained that in Italy many additives and GMOs are restricted, and food is made simply, with real ingredients. That moment stayed with us. It inspired us to bring that same feeling to Texas.

We opened our authentic Italian pizza and pasta place with the goal of serving honest, high-quality food that people truly enjoy and feel good eating. In just one year, we’ve gained many loyal customers, and we’re proud of what we’ve built.

Unfortunately, we’re still struggling with traffic. Without more visibility and guests walking through our doors, our dream could come to an end — and we’re doing everything we can to make sure that doesn’t happen.
