Hey everyone, my name is Austin Noland, and I just turned 30 years old a few days ago.
Unfortunately, this birthday came with heartbreaking news.
Today I was told that I can only see my kids if I can afford to. I’ve been placed into an apartment I can’t afford, with bills due we both had for over 6 years. In court, I was portrayed as a bad person, and the judge wouldn’t hear my side, see my evidence, or even ask for proof from the other side. I was silenced.
I want to be clear: I love my kids more than anything. I’ve never hurt them, and I’ve always been there. While I stayed home taking care of the house and our children, I later found out the person I trusted wasn’t being faithful. I didn’t deserve this, and neither did my kids.
Right now, I’m asking for help—not just for myself, but so I can be present in my kids’ lives. Every single cent helps me fight for time with them, keep a roof over my head, and get back on my feet. I don’t want sympathy—I want the chance to be a father to my children, without money being the thing that stops me.
If you can help or share this, I’d be forever grateful. Thank you for reading, supporting, or simply believing in me.
