Help My Daughter Have a Magical Summer Before Kindergarten

Hi friends,

My middle daughter is starting kindergarten this fall, and I’d love to give her the chance to ease into this big transition by attending a local summer camp. It’s a small, nurturing program just a few minutes from home, and I know it would help her build confidence, make local friends, and get used to the rhythm of full school days.

The truth is, I can’t afford the cost on my own right now. The camp is $328 per week, and I’d love to send her for all 7 weeks. It’s a big ask—and one that comes with a heavy dose of mom guilt. I’ve debated even sharing this, but I figured: why not try?
