Hi my name is Austin Guerin. I have been a resident of Westford MA for the past 5 years. I recently had a liver transplant done successfully thank god. It’s a very long road for recovery and I will be out of work for quite sometime. I have had lots of complications following the procedure which makes day to day activities very difficult. With the help of this beautiful community I know I will be just fine. Medical bills and just the cost of living has cost me everything I have. I am going through a very difficult time and can absolutely use your support. Any donation would be greatly appreciated as I have not had an income for a very long time.
