This past Saturday, September 14, 2024 Austin Askew’s life took an unexpected and tragic turn as he now mourns the loss of his wife and best friend, Chelsea Askew, as well as her mother, Tammy Gibney, from an automobile accident. Chelsea and Austin’s son, Ryder, was also with them and remains in the hospital recovering. By the grace of God he is improving daily and expected to make a full recovery. This fund is to assist him with medical expenses not covered by insurance from Ryder’s stay at Children’s in Dallas, planning two unexpected memorial services, and other expenses while learning to navigate their new “normal” moving forward. Please keep Austin, Ryder, Carter and their family in your prayers.

Friends of the Askew family will be collecting the funds and providing them to the family once they are home and settled.
