It is with heavy hearts that we come to you today, seeking help on behalf of our beloved Aunty Patsy, Roni, Danielle(Alex), Marquis, Dillon, Aiden, and Misty Marz —whose love and support have been the cornerstone of our family for years. On January 7, they tragically lost their home in the Altadena wildfire. In the chaos of evacuation, they were only able to grab the bare necessities, and the heartbreaking news came the next morning at 10:30 AM: their home of over 25 years was gone.

This family of seven, with two small children aged 3 and 10, has always been incredibly giving, opening their doors to anyone in need—whether family or friends. Their home has been a sanctuary, a source of joy, and a place of comfort not just for us, but for a multitude of people who found solace and a sense of belonging when they had none. While they have lost their physical possessions, their faith remains unshaken, knowing they can always count on their Heavenly Father for strength and guidance.

Though the house is gone, the memories made there—countless family gatherings, barbecues, and cha-cha dances—will remain in our hearts forever. This home, purchased by their mother in the 90s, was built on years of hard work and love, making it especially heartbreaking to see it reduced to ashes in an instant. As they begin the difficult journey of starting from scratch, we humbly ask for your support.
