The doctors have recommended urgent surgery to clear these blockages and restore her health. The cost of this surgery alone stands at 1.2 million pesos or an estimated of $25,000 USD, a sum that her family, despite their hard work and sacrifices, cannot bear alone. Their family already reached out to private charities and government bodies, however, the wait list is too long and it will be around the year 2026 for her turn. Aunt Zeny’s heart condition is unpredictable and unstable.
