This morning our family tragically and unexpectedly lost my Aunt Vesta. She was a beautiful soul who loved butterflies and no one in her life was more important to her than her family especially her grandbabies. She would have been celebrating her birthday next week

She was a wonderful mother,sister,aunt and grandmother and friend.Growing up she was always the fun aunt. The one who would make you laugh and was forever young. She loved her 80's music and blue eye shadow and would always be there to crack a joke or be with her grandbabies. She loved to make someone smile and would always give you little gifts and trinkets any time you saw her.

She was a Christian and loved the Lord. She was a hard worker and a CNA she work all her life at multiple nursing homes and Muskogee Regional Medical Center in Muskogee. She was a mother of 2. A grandmother and great grandmother.

She had been experiencing health issues this last year and had previously had back surgery and was on oxygen. She was slowly getting back on her feet and her health was improving. In fact many of us who lived closer had just seen or spoken with her in the days prior to her passing. She loved her family so much that hours prior to her passing she has been with her sweet grandbabies. She was such a loving person who would do absolutely anything for anyone. She unfortunately didn't have life insurance and her death came out of left field for our family. Leaving her daughter's scrambling trying to figure everything out. Though they are hardworking individuals they have children of their own to take care of and this puts a financial strain on them and their families.

We know that times are hard for everyone right now but we know that there are still good people out there and every dollar counts.

We are trying to raise money to pay for her burial and final expenses and give her a simple decent send off.
