Hi! I'm Lyz Tory and I'm raising funds to pay for my Aunt June's funeral and burial.
Many of us can afford life insurance or have a lil stashed away for emergencies, but not all of us. Mary June Hencely was born into a farming family and she was number 4 of 5 children born to Mary Elyzabeth McNeal and Leroy Hencely. Her three older siblings had Down syndrome and life on the farm wasn't easy. She spent her life taking care of family, with humor she spread love and happiness where she could.
June stayed on the farm for most of her life. She raised her 3 daughters, and when her parents became elderly, she took care of them until they passed, making sure they found peace in their final resting place.
She took care of her brother until she became elderly and needed her daughter to take care of them both. Unfortunately, June lost the farm last year. They were thrust out of her childhood home, the home her father built to shelter his family's legacy. June and her brother Tommy were sent in different directions. June's youngest daughter took him in.
June was disabled and was subletting from a few people she knew and living in what would be considered unlivable conditions. She grew sick and was hurt due to a fall. She is now in hospice in a hotel room because she can't afford to be kept in a hospice unit. She's not expected to live past a few days.
Will you please help me pay for my Aunt to have a peaceful burial and funeral? She deserves a final resting place.
Thank you in advance.
