Nearly all of my friends know my Crazy Aunt Debb. She has been a second mother to me all my life. She was always up for an impromptu road trip or a late-night chocolate run.

In the last year or so, her mobility has been declining. Since April, she has endured two spinal surgeries. She is currently in Grand Strand Hospital recovering from her second surgery. When discharged, she will be going to a long-term care facility. It is her great desire to go to a facility in West Virginia where she will be closer to her son and grandchildren.

We had planned to drive her, but her lack of mobility has made that impossible. She will require a medical transport. We are asking for your help so we can grant her wish. Thank you for anything you can offer, even if it's a simple prayer.
