Hello all!

My name is August, I am a 22 year old trans man from Southern California. I’ve been out socially since 2021, and started my medical transition with testosterone in 2024. After years of binding, hiding behind large t shirts and downright despicable posture, I decided to take the next step of scheduling top surgery to finally achieve my dream of a flat masculine chest. I’ve had a very exciting couple months trying to schedule a top surgery appointment, and was surprised with a date after playing phone tag with my surgery scheduler for about three months. However, even with insurance, the cost (9,800 estimation, yikes) is no where near to what I had saved up, and there is very little time to save up more.

April 21st is the surgery date, and I had gotten the date on March 3rd. Asking for nearly 10k in a month and a half is an absurd ask of the people reading this, but I would appreciate any assistance. Top surgery has been a dream of mine for nearly six years, and I would love to achieve that dream, so I can finally live in a body that actually feels like mine. Your donation would go towards surgery expenses, which due to the rather rushed nature of things will be paid for in increments post op.
