August is a happy baby boy who celebrated his first birthday in June 2023. His parents, Jessica and Vinny, recently took him to the hospital for several visits due to increased sickness. He’s had pneumonia and his parents have taken a lot of time off of work to care for him. In September, a tumor was found on his sternum and it has spread through his chest. August will be spending time in the hospital as the doctors learn more and he starts treatment for the cancer. Vinny and Jessica will be there to support him and split time to care for August’s big sister, Eliza.
