Support Audrina’s Educational Journey

Hi my name is Audrina, I’m 14 and I have an amazing opportunity to visit New York and Washington. I would love to go see some of the Historical places that I’ve been learning about for most of my school career. I’d finally be able to see it in person. I have come to love our county’s history and those who built this country from the ground up. My father died when I was young and as the oldest of 5 I stepped into a larger role as a leader and an example for my siblings. I’m an overachiever and have remained on the A honor role while helping my single mother raise me and my siblings. I feel this is one of the many reasons I want and deserve to be a part of this trip. I’d love to learn about our leaders and the things this country went through to become what it is today. I want the hands on learning experience that this trip would provide me. I’d be learning how to save and pay for this trip. I’m hoping by attending this trip I’ll be able to learn how to see different points of view, the importance of history and why things happened the way they did. Being able to see history in real life with my friends would be a memory I’d carry with me throughout my life.

A few of the places I’ll have the opportunity to visit are: Arlington cemetery, Independence hall, the holocaust museum, the White House and many more. I’m only 14 years old but I feel this would open my eyes to the big world that I live in. Please help me get there. Thank you for taking the time to consider donating to me.

School trip will be June of 2026

Hola, me llamo Audrina, tengo 14 años y tengo la increíble oportunidad de visitar Nueva York y Washington. Me encantaría ir a ver algunos de los lugares históricos que he estado aprendiendo durante la mayor parte de mi carrera escolar. Finalmente podría verlos en persona. He llegado a amar la historia de nuestro condado y a quienes construyeron este país desde cero. Mi padre murió cuando era pequeña y, como la mayor de 5 hermanos, asumí un papel más importante como líder y un ejemplo para mis hermanos. Soy una persona que se destaca y he permanecido en el rol de honor A mientras ayudaba a mi madre soltera a criarme a mí y a mis hermanos. Siento que esta es una de las muchas razones por las que quiero y merezco ser parte de este viaje. Me encantaría aprender sobre nuestros líderes y las cosas por las que este país pasó para convertirse en lo que es hoy. Quiero la experiencia de aprendizaje práctica que este viaje me proporcionaría. Aprendería a ahorrar y pagar este viaje. Espero que este viaje me permita aprender a ver diferentes puntos de vista, la importancia de la historia y por qué las cosas sucedieron como sucedieron. Poder ver la historia en persona con mis amigos será un recuerdo que llevaré conmigo toda la vida. Algunos de los lugares que tendré la oportunidad de visitar son: el cementerio de Arlington, el Independence Hall, el Museo del Holocausto, la Casa Blanca y muchos más.
