Support Audrey Harding's Battle with Liver Cancer

Our niece Audrey Harding has recently been diagnosed with a rare sarcoma of the liver cancer and is currently undergoing treatment at Primary Children's Hospital in Salt Lake City.

While Audrey and her family were in Boise on their way to Washington for their Christmas vacation, Audrey began experiencing severe stomach pains and was rushed to the hospital. After initial tests, doctors decided it was necessary to transfer her to a specialized hospital in Salt Lake City, and she was life-flighted to Primary Children’s Hospital in the middle of the night, just days before Christmas.

After undergoing several scans and tests, Audrey was diagnosed with a sarcoma of the liver, a rare and challenging diagnosis. Last week, the doctors were able to successfully remove the cancerous tumor that had been connected to parts of her liver and colon.

Even in light of this hopeful news, Audrey will begin chemotherapy this weekend. There are a tough six months ahead for her family. Every donation, no matter how small, will provide invaluable support to Audrey and her family as they navigate this difficult journey. Your donations will help to cover transportation and lodging costs between Logan and Salt Lake City, childcare for Audrey's three siblings, as well as their high insurance deductibles for 2024 and 2025, and any additional out-of-pocket medical expenses not covered by insurance.
