I am Aubriel Founder and Chef of

Nosh Paleo Cafe in Nipomo CA.

I opened this restaurant after I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, lost my vision and partial function in my hands. I healed through changing my diet completely, food is my medicine. Since this awareness, I have had a very hard time finding anywhere to eat that cares deeply for clean ingredient choices. I am the only restaurant in the county that offers a 100% gluten-free, grain-free, dairy-free, cane sugar-free , and processed-oil free menu. I am free of most allergens. I offer familiar food choices such as pizza, sandwhiches and desserts but with a clean ingredient twist. I cook in a very small kitchen. What you see in this picture is all of it. I am starting a Go-Fund Me, to help move out of my small kitchen, as my lease is coming to an end and into a bigger location with a larger kitchen. I cook and bake orders for my restaurant and fulfill orders from all over the county. I have had an overwhelming need from so many with food triggered allergies and diseases, I just don’t have enough space for the demand of orders. I used all of my inheritance from the passing of both my parents to build this location in hopes to make a difference in the quality of life for myself and for others and I and have no additional family finances to help.
