Support Aubri Assily's Fight Against Cancer

Aloha, my name is Christopher Assily, my niece, Aubri Assily, age 12, has just been diagnosed with Stage 3 Hodgkin's Lymphoma. Last weekend, she was taken to the ER after complaining of shortness of breath and chest pain. After being evaluated in the emergency room, she was immediately referred to other specialists, for further testing. After numerous scans, x-rays and bloodwork panels, doctors officially diagnosed Aubri with cancer. Within a week of that ER visit, she has already had her first chemotherapy session, emphasizing the urgency to start her journey to recovery..

Aubri and our family are heartbroken over this very unexpected diagnosis. The first step of her treatment plan, includes chemotherapy, over the next six months.

As her uncle, I am humbly asking for support as Aubri starts her road to recovery. All donations will be used to alleviate the financial impact this will have on Aubri's family. Medical related bills and expenses are expected during this time, however, the most important part of healing will be for Aubri to have caregiving around the clock. All money will help her dad, Jon, to be home with her 24/7. Any monetary support will help to lessen the financial stress on her family, as they provide the best care to Aubri at home.

I am optimistic that Aubri is in the best hands with her family, at home. She is strong, she always has been. I want nothing more than for my niece to be healthy, smiling, cuddling her cat, hanging out with her sisters, and returning to a normal life as a sixth grader.
