Support Aubrey's Dream: NYC Auditions Await

Aubrey is a freshman at GSU, currently playing football and majoring in business. A recent graduate of South Effingham High School in GA, Aubrey picked up a guitar about two years ago and has self-taught himself to play and sing. He currently plays guitar in his church on Sunday mornings for all 3 services. He has a passion for music and has recently gone out on a limb and auditioned for American Idol, and to his surprise, he made it past several online auditions and has been invited to NYC for live auditions. This is a dream come true not only for him but his family and friends.

Aubrey is a full-time student and plays football, actively involved in church services, so going to NY is going to take some help. He is required to be in the city for 4 days for rehearsal and auditions; however, being 18, he is only being hosted for one night prior to his audition and is required to be there for 4. He does have a plane ticket paid for and one night stay. I am starting a GoFundMe in hopes of taking the stress off him of financial responsibilities so he can give 100% in auditions. The proceeds will go to his stay in Time Square ,food, and any Uber he may need and necessitates for the duration of the stay .As we all know, NY cost of living is a little higher than most southern states that we are used to. If you can find it in your heart to help Aubrey make it to NYC and follow his dreams, please do so.
