Hi, my name is Aimee, and I’m the proud mom of Aubrey and Adalyn. They are both so talented, strong, and fierce.

Aubrey is a flyer on the Destination Athletics Sahara Elite Cheer Team. She has worked incredibly hard and shown amazing dedication to her sport, her team, and the performances. This past year, she achieved her goals of being a flyer (1 out of 5 for a 20-person squad) and getting her back-handspring! Aubrey also has Cystic Fibrosis, a chronic disorder that affects her respiratory system. This does not stop her, she is resilient!

Adalyn is a dancer for the Amplified 850 Junior Company. She loved competing last year so much, she set a goal to make the Company team and did it! She has 4 choreographed dances with 4 different costumes that she performs at each competition. Her current goal is to get her double-pirouette!

With multiple cheer and dance competitions coming up, including several that require hotel accommodations, I’m finding it difficult to cover the costs. It would be devastating for the girls to miss out on these important events simply because of financial barriers, especially given how much each of their teams relies on each of them. They definitely put in the work as they are at the gym/studio a combined 15 hours per week all while going to school.
